      Great co-workers if you’re lucky and a few opportunities outside of work to get to know each other and lunch on the bank often ( if your boss is cool)

      Cons

      Underpaid and overworked. Bonuses are taxed heavily and don’t exceed even 700 after 5 years. No room for salary negotiation. No room for growth in the company unless you are a man. Very much a boys club.
