Pros

Entrepreneurial culture, no micro-managing, very wise and savvy senior leadership.

Cons

Difficult to achieve work/life balance at time, due to constant level of growth. It's a good problem to have but it can still be a problem.

Pros

Can be fun at times with events and get together. Easy product to sell with clear talking points.

Cons

Staff shortages, no compensation for product opening. Managers who make money care more than those who don't. Pay is varied across all people for "experience," but loyal workers get shafted. No movement based on performance, typically off who likes you and who doesn't. Tellers especially are constantly over looked. And least cared about by management.
