      Pros

      People are nice, understanding of each other. Work came in at a manageable pace and everything moved slowly in a clear direction. The facilities were great. If you value stability and ease of work, this is a good place.

      Cons

      Not great for someone that values dynamic work environments with changing process/improvements. Software was outdated. Management had a they vs them attitude. Limited opportunities for growth, not a great environment for someone that wants to move quickly and make a significant impact.
