No challenging work, no room for advancement, extreme favoritism, pay is below average, employees are not recognized for hard work

Very poor communication, which creates more unnecessary hearsay/gossip. Hard to advance, no room to learn/grow. Lack of teamwork. There is extreme favoritism. Seems like they are more interested in 'looking' the part verses actually streamlining and creating an efficient workflow environment. Behind the times technology wise. uptight culture for a marketing dept. and below average pay
