2yThank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your advice to management. At times, the market compensation range does tend to change. As a company we believe in keeping competitive and in doing so may need to adjust compensation for new hires. We also do adjust for existing employees as well which would result in an overall increase in pay for a particular role. We would encourage you to speak to your manager and voice your concerns.
