      Good benefits, free gym in building, free shuttle service to/from blue line, flexible scheduling, coffee/snacks, happy hours and team outings.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, which creates more unnecessary hearsay/gossip. Hard to advance, no room to learn/grow. Lack of teamwork. There is extreme favoritism. Seems like they are more interested in 'looking' the part verses actually streamlining and creating an efficient workflow environment. Behind the times technology wise. uptight culture for a marketing dept. and below average pay

      I happened to have a supervisor who was not great and when I went to HR for support I was not given support. My experience was not positive and I left soon after.
