Nothing at all! They're pirates buying companies with the intent to gut. Exploit offshore resources by paying them pennies on the dollar

Cons

Everything! Wipro gutted HealthPlan Services. Fired 1000's they have no respect for American people or the carriers ! All they care about is doing more with less (Lean) and overcharging for their services
