      You will work for the most futuristic and thought leading division in the organization. Wipro Digital is the future of the entire organization, as some of the its people and processes are new age and thought leading for modern businesses.

      Cons

      The traditional bureaucratic way of working still exists and Wipro Digital sometimes finds itself at the cross-roads of traditionalism vs. modern ways of working. Hopefully, as the entire company moves towards digitization skills, this divide can soon be bridged.
