Not innovative despite marginal effort. Was hired for an entirely different role and there was definitely some sketchy moments with contract negotiation. Antiquated internal systems seem to be literally stiched together microsites. Expenses come out of your pocket first and recouping them proved challenging. I would demand a corporate card. If you require certain laptop, it requires regional approval and takes several support levels to address this. This is symptomatic of all processes. Aspirational targets, needs to focus more on businesses that would actually entertain their services versus chasing unrealistic tic logos and goals.
