Pros

Literally none. Only positive is that the coworkers are nice people and in the same boat as you.

Cons

You work without guidance or support. The work culture is imported from India, which means, you need to be a man to make some progress in the company and you will be no thanked for going beyond and above; also they are very rude and unprofessional and they do not listen and care about concerns about the workflow. Many of the manager are absolutely incapable to communicate and don't understand anything about the job, therefore everything is a disaster. In addition they are always offer less money to female applicants compare to men which is absolutely something they should be reported for.

Pros

Great People i work with

Cons

They sent me on a trip to fill in for a co worker and did not pay me back for expenses. They also use your PTO without notifying you as well. HR is also hard to get in contact with because they are based out of India so for the US you would have to stay up till 11:30PM or 12AM to actually call them.

Pros

During my time with Wipro I had the flexibility to work in office or at home as needed during my first 10 years with the organization. Although I prefer to work in the office, as a single father, the flexibility to work from home when needed was a value add. Not all positions with Wipro provide this. Additionally the benefits were solid and the compensation was competitive (Please note I was hired by a company that was acquired by Wipro, early in my tenure with the organization).

Cons

Wipro is an Indian company that thinks it is a global company. During my first 6 years with Wipro I supported a US company of Wipro. My second 5 years working with Wipro I was moved into the Wipro Talent Acquisition organization supporting a division of Wipro managed bu leaders in India. The business model in India is applied to the business model in US and the leadership does not adapt to the geography where the business is performed. They do not utilize information and insight from the managers and leaders in specific geographies to help adapt they follow the India model where if you cant make the impossible happen (whether it takes 80+ hours a week or not because they wont adapt) they feel there is 500 million people waiting in line for your position to replace you with. There is no work life balance
