-You can go to any part of the world as wipro has projects all accross europe and North America - strong COE's in Datawarehousing (my area) , SAP , ERP -A very good and reputed employer IF YOU ARE WORKING IN INDIA -Lot of perks if YOU ARE WORKING IN INDIA
Cons
-very Low pay -very poor work life balance -No perks once you are out of india -quality of work is poor, mostly maintenance or production support kind of projects where you would be working 24/7, you will be virtual slave to your company -you will be knee deep in wipro bureaucracy. - Very costly(in terms of deductibles) and poor health benefits in US - Promotions and salry increments are based on technology you are working on if you happen to be in SAP.Data warehousing/ERP expect a good raise, in case you work on mainframes or some obscure technologies the only thing you would get is frustration
