Pros

When I worked here I got good benefits- heath insurance was second to none.

Cons

I was treated badly during my entire 3+ years here. I was bullied by both coworkers & managers, overlooked for positions because of the color of my skin, I was subject to racist uncomfortable remarks on a daily basis which management did nothing to help. I was paid very little with strict rules that affected my health badly. My grandmother passed & they have no berievment policy. I went to her funeral at the risk of losing my job.

Pros

If you don't have a job and would not be able to get any job, or if you are fresher it is acceptable to join this firm. Remember whatever I write, it is an insider review who has been with the firm for 6 years 6 months. I know in and out of the policies and how they work in favor for the company and keep you away from getting benefited.

Cons

If you are a smart guy, you would figure it out fairly quick that this company policies are bounding, and one is forced to set Goals the highest possible, and made to work towards achieving them day & night, may it be weekday/weekend. Worst part is no appreciation for the hardwork. Since in most cases people are not that smart and opening their mouth against the company, the policy works so well benefiting the company's growth and not yours'. Only an insider can know and write about it. Discrimination between the onsite hires (2 weeks notice) & offshore deputes (2 months notice) is like the craziest. If you would like to quit at onshore, and one is an offshore deputee you would not be given your experience letter as one is supposed to give 2 months notice. Which job is waiting for you to join after 2 months??? You will lose current job and as well as the one you are about to join. This is just an example of one of the crappy policy, remember to think and try all other options before signing in. I can only share my experience and write here, rest is upto you.

Pros

This is not applicable to me

Cons

This place is beyond unprofessional where employees talk about beating people up and ganging up on you. They have an application installed on your laptop which monitors your every movement and has a popup that will ask you why you were away for 10+ minutes, even if you are presenting to a client. Hybrid work is a joke because management allows certain employees to work remotely based on solely on favoritism. The environment is very toxic. Employees have at least 5 job titles. They have a separate application/tool for everything (i.e., performance reviews, job hunting, for pay, etc.) and the information is inconsistent in each system. They have been laying off employees since Jan 2025 with no end date or management input. For the first two months of my employment I was being threatened by a Background check company in India via work and home Emails that I had not provided enough information for employment so it was unclear if I was a legitimate employee or could be let go at any time if I didn't provide them their requested information.
