      Pros

      A diverse set of clients makes it interesting. There's generally a good opportunity to learn about new industries or businesses.

      Cons

      The supporting infrastructure of Wipro is terrible -- everything from HR processes to IT support is subpar. The IT part is particularly ridiculous because it's our core business. The various business units and practices are regularly in conflict with each other, fighting over revenue and account control.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the outsourcing model and get an opportunity to work through the positives and negatives of that model. Not on the delivery side with the client, but also as part of the business development role and working with a group located in India.

      Cons

      The company is extremely focussed on each quarter and making sure to wring the most out of each one. When you are in a position of developing relationships you cannot expect a relationship of trust to form in two or three weeks.

      It was one of the best places to work when I had joined, and gave chance/opportunity to work on various domains & technologies You learn various skills: technical, process, management, client interactions, business development...) As a fresher you get ample opportunities in terms of IP projects, trainings, client projects, tech activities.... to learn various things Brings lot of weight to your CV

      Cons

      Top management is filled with idiots fit for nothing, who can not find a job any where else. The slaries were good, but lack differentiation between a good and an average employee. Lot of politics had started at the middle management and top management level. Need to have a clean up drive at all levels.
