      Pros

      Pay on time, basic benefits, friendly people. Good for freshers and just graduated professionals.

      Cons

      Poor investment in infrastructure. Not decent work space. Depending on the project zero work life balance, no space for growth. Lots of bureaucracy. Impose of the Indian way of work. No open to learn from employees from different countries. When you are onsite you keep working doing your client project work and Wipro internal related tasks. Lots of promises only: no promotion, no green card, no job rotation, no career growth perspectives. You have the manager title but is still a programmer. After some years you get definetely stuck and leave.
