If you're not Indian dont expect a raise ever. I worked my tail off for this company. My manager egged me on for months about a raise coming then he laid me off. I come to find out they were severely underpaying me for industry standard. I had two bosses a direct report and an report above. I guess thats where our raises went to having 2 useless pathetic bosses who reaped all the rewards of our hard work. They do not value there employees unless you are Indian then you are treated like gold. Do not work for this racist pathetic company. The benefits for this company also suck.

Under paid over worked should be atleast 20 or more for the amount of work you are required to do
