Wipro Senior Test Automation Engineer reviews

I was forcefully tagged to a US Insurance project on 2nd day of my joining in Wipro. I wasn't comfortable with the location of the workplace & the skill set they require for the project. But the workforce management group in Wipro gave a tough time in choosing the correct project for me. Well, I have joined thinking I would learn Selenium Automation to next level which will help in my career & future job prospect. But when I finally settled in the project, I came to know about the quality of work & the management people. Starting with work, its more of a plain Manual Testing where we have input data in one application & test the other. Secondly, my manager is really taking a toll on us giving us a hard time working in peace & friendly environment. No help, No team build up activities, No supervisor assistant nothing. I was really pissed off & really want to get out of the project. But again I can't because of Wipro's silly policies. I left from Wipro serving only 6 months. Well in short below are cons: 1) Top Management People are really demeaning 2) No motivation among colleagues 3) No team building activities 4) No Lunch, No dinner, No outing 5) Lack of support from Peers 6) Hostile Workplace

Transportation wont provide, skill enhancement plane needs to improve.
