Pros

This company is a very good company to work for as far as helping out employees with personal matters. The pay is nice for people who can actively sell when the market is in a good standing.

Cons

The city i work in is being hurt dramaticly by the current economic conditions. So my pay has dwindled quite a bit. However all of my colleges that work in other locations are quite happy wth their pay.
