      Pros

      Depending on the pay structure of the franchise that you work for, you can make a respectable earning. Fast paced environment, assuming you are in a busy location.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unreasonable "goals" set for employees or management, which amount to you losing percentages of your commission, as well as being charged back for accounts that do not remain active past a minimum time frame even though the employee has no control over this. Verizon also puts the squeeze on the Franchise to push products that may be impractical or that are useless to customers, which in turn you are forced to sell to earn your commission.
