Great for building Sales skills, tech is fun.

Cons

Company will play with your money. Pretend you were late so they can dock your commission, pay you late, make rediculous sales metrics to increase investor approval or add more customers to the funnel. Their moves look desperate. I helped open a store and they delayed a launch campaign for weeks after opening. Just amateur stuff that I couldn't mess with while trying to provide for my family.

When is left this position they didn't pay my commission that I was owed The management encourages fraud practices the management is very hostile No time off And most of the time you'll be running the store by yourself because they can't keep employees due to management styles Is abusive to other managers if they dont meet quotas that they set
