Pros

You could get cell phone accessories for less money but they only bought the cheapest items so not meant for long-term use

Cons

Everything. It was the worst experience at a job I've ever had and had the most toxic work culture with no life balance. The higher-ups in the company also encouraged misleading customers in order to get "trade ins" on cell phones that very rarely were passed on to Verizon. Pretty sure it was illegal. They also cut all full-time non managers under 20 hours and forced managers to pick up the extra hours so that they could increase profit margins because they were selling some of their locations. TCC now owns most in the Cincinnati Market. Also you are required to be in the store at least 45 hours a week salary five of which you are unpaid for and buy 45 hours I mean you have to be on the cameras for 45 hours so restroom breaks and leaving to get lunch will not count. Most days I skipped eating so I wouldn't have to make it up at the end of the week.
