Pros

Strong, empathetic leadership that allows its staff flexibility to decide how goals are achieved. Compensation is strong and support is also strong from the parent company, Round Room.

Cons

At points, the stress level gets high with product launches and other urgent items, but this is more based on the industry, not the company.
