      Part of the big 6, participates in corporate promotions, fast pace, great support for issues and questions

      Cons

      ATI is very particular and does not allow the owners or employees the freedom needed in the operating system for day to day inventory needs.

      Store manager give off time request that we need. Great at teaching us the ropes.

      Cons

      The base hourly pay is minimum wage commission structure is outdated and does not give a lot of income potential for sales associates. Unnecessary training modules and not very well put together.
