The customers wear you down which can lower your moral. It really takes the right attitude to be successful long term.

- Commission - Great employees to work along side - Excellent Managers that basically run both locations

Cons

- Ownership gives 0 support. - Bruce will pay what he feels is fair, not what the commission structure states - No stability whatsoever - Massive employee turnover - No benefits - Bait and switch commission offers
