      There are absolutely no pros

      We were promised to remain "whole" when franchisees. This was not the case in the slightest. Management has unrealistic expectations from staff in the new phone adds daily. Wanting to "cold call" everyone. Having only 5 days paid off for the year AFTER 1 year of service. No company 401K match until after 1 year No paid holidays
