Pros

They keep their stores in shape and are reasonable to work with most of the time. They check up on you constantly over the phone, through email, and through in-store visits. These are mostly no-pressure checkups where they honestly just want to help you do better or address any concerns you have. The employees are very down-to-earth and tech savvy. Most owners and management will weed out lazy or unfriendly employees rather quickly.

Cons

Their warehouse representatives (over the phone) are very rude and dismissive. They are rarely helpful. The warehouse does not have a large selection of accessories for a lot of popular phones, forcing your store to buy from elsewhere. This is not a problem for Sales Reps as much as it is for managers. Upper management sometimes has a massive knowledge gap. I frequently had to help them with their own POS system, and they were clearly trying to please whoever was above them by spitting out generic corporate stuff when they came in to "see" you. Training is very hit and miss. Some of the stuff requires you to watch an hour of video, yet they give you no time during your work day to actually do it. During busy seasons this can result in you falling behind on your training (especially if you're a sales rep). Some of the sales techniques they teach you are unethical, so you need to be prepared for that. When I first started I accidentally sold a phone at $100 more than what the actual price was. When I asked upper management if I should call the customer and fix it, they told me just to let it go.

Pros

If you sell the right products, you can make a decent profit. But what you need to sell to make good money are the toughest products and they often get returned. You do a lot of work and make a lot of money just to have it taken away.

Cons

Low hourly pay. Miscommunication in the company. Fight to get a requested day off even if you put it in way in advance. Low foot traffic makes it hard to make money. Expected to pay out of your own pocket to join marketing groups to advertise for th em and bring in your own business. NO GOOD TRAINING makes it hard to catch on, and you are made out to be a fool in front of customers.
