      Pros

      High pay, great benefits, excellent structure. Opportunities for promotion. Pay increases. Tons of overtime capability. Overtime is paid by 15 minute increments.

      Cons

      100% micro managed. Calls are reviewed monthly and nothing is ever perfect. Customers can be horrible and you cannot end call unless very specific guidelines are met.

      Pros

      Nice benefits package, good pay for cost of living in area, never no work to do if you are motivated and interested in this field

      Cons

      A lot of uncertainty with recent acquisition (July 2015) at the time of this review It seems the new company is more about profit and less about its employees, but that could change as well once the dust settles

      very snobby and cliques in every department- extreme micro managing to the point you walk on eggshells daily- pay isn't worth the disrespect and terrible manangement
