1. You get US holidays no Indian holidays 2. We will get travel allowance only if we use the company cab 3. Formals 4. CTC varies from offer to take home 5. No parking 6. Food is not much good

Pros

Good place to learn End to End Recruitment process for Freshers and experienced too. Transparent recruitment process with equality. As a female employee I worried for no cab which usually said as safety but I'm glad that receiving cab allowance of Rs 250/day which makes an additional income for me more than 5k per month. Most interesting thing I see here is any recruiter(even fresher or experienced)can work on any requirements without any partiality.

Cons

We are having a tough time to park a vehicle. Home made food is good but looking for more varieties in the menu.
