Good and Friendly work environment. Relationship among the employees are good. Good Working culture

Less growth,there is no work life balance, more pressure, you are not allowed to do mistakes even you are new to the technology or your in experiments without mistakes there is no learnings, more inner politics and salary doesn't match the industry standard.
