Pros

Any resource who has a genuine experience can scale to any heights @ Wisdom. Practically what said is practiced at all levels, so when we reach our goals we are definitely rewarded much more than expected. I like this company for many reasons, one such is transparency. Working @ Wisdom can teach/learn the 360 metrix of the process.

Pros

I worked in this company for 4 years and that was one of the best time of my career so far. There're a lot of projects and learning opportunities. I will never forget this company, my colleagues and the senior members.

Cons

Hard to write anything in this section. Every company has some good things as well as bad things - here good memories are more than the bad ones.

Pros

In my 9 years of career, I have worked in 4 different companies, among which the experience with this company is truly class apart. The management is good and they understand employee's concerns. They praise good work and encourage to work more creatively.

Cons

There's nothing I can recall. The office was too far from my hometown - I wish I could spend some more years there.
