Pros

It is a growing company so there is quote a lot of scope for growth and advancement. There is also a lot of in house training.

Cons

Being a small company there are quite a few growing pains and things that one takes for granted at most work places sometimes break down.

One man army from US and boss dancing to his tunes Low pay Have to beg for incentives Hike - Don’t even think about - Max 4-6% All the profit from wisdom is for the investment and growth of parent company - No growth for wisdom and employees

Incentives are paid promptly%2C unless the claim reached later%2C still the reminder sent to the employee officially. Internal record shows a max of 13 days delay. Hike always depends on the performance and the record shows the hike given in minimal even for the non-performers%2C meaning who have not met the goal itself%2C but with a good attitude and efforts put with commitment. Parent company is Wisdom.
