I have been working with Wise Men since almost 8 years, Very well managed professional company, great team to work, Salaries and incentives are paid on time. CEO talks openly with us and takes good care of employees. One of the Best companies I have ever worked with. Understands the family situations also and allowed me to work from home.

Cons

I dont see any downside working with Wise Men. They are always open to hear from the emlopyees about the situation.

Great employer and the fundamental values laid down are just fabulous, Senior management is very personable and seems to care about you as an individual. Good Learning Environment Healthy Work Culture

Cons

This is a company that works hard and plays hard. If you aren't up to putting in creative strategies and efforts during crunch times, this may not be the best fit
