Significant management issues and poor work-life balance

Pros

I can't lie about this. There are no Pros for working at Wisenbaker.

Cons

In my experience, the company has significant cultural and management issues that should be addressed. Work-life balance is poor, with employees often expected to work excessive hours, including salaried personnel working well beyond a normal workday. Vacation requests are frequently questioned, and bonus payments are not always delivered on the expected timeline. Communication and professionalism from management can also be inconsistent. There were ongoing concerns among employees regarding the treatment of women and reports of inappropriate behavior by certain members of management. While experiences may vary, I believe the company would benefit from stronger accountability, leadership training, and a more respectful workplace culture. I would encourage prospective employees to ask detailed questions about work-life balance, management expectations, and company culture during the interview process.

Pros

Flexible work schedule during the slower season with ability to make good money IF the builder account you are on is busy

Cons

The company took a downturn so they cut the designer’s commission structure over night by 60% with no warning. The work-life balance is minimal at best. There is no accountability for job responsibilities or being a good coworker/manager as long as you know someone in higher up management. It’s a “point fingers” working style. You’re expected to wear 10 hats while getting paid for 1
