Most of the good reviews written here are by people who are at higher level and relatives There are no pros except 1. Lunch at subsidized rate. It's just rice and sambar that's it. 2. Nothing else

Cons

There are tons of cons: No care about employee , they treated as salve not an employee. If you know Telgu, you will survive very long. No cares about non- Telgu people. For fresher it's a 4 year bond and salary in 4 digits. No proper way of working in industry standard All manager are almost old employee so, No work culture . Finally i will say nothing to learn as per the grown up industry. They will say CMM Level 3 but work culture wise its a worst then a start up

Subsidized Lunch... Minimum Work Pressure Good for Freshers (just for IT Experience)

Cons

A Telugu Company with 70% mostly relatives or known to them by (Back Door). Chance of survive and hike only if your from Andra. Most of the people on bench and once ur project gets over better u put papers instead or they ll tell u to do. They ll hire brain dead andra people but not non andra. Who are doesn't even speak English they are The Team Leads... No career growth, you can't learn new technology

Good company. Flexible. Good learning opportunities. Flat Organization. Decent Work hours. Very good work culture, work life balance. No scheduled reporting time. Every one irrespective of designation is approachable. Domain of work is quite different and interesting too. High Job stability.

Cons

As the food is provided in subsidized rate, the taste of food is not up to the mark.
