Okay hikes, less job security, good client exposure

Pros

Good client base, gives exposure to reputed clients and projects. Company helps in interview processes and onboarding for client projects. Decent learning opportunities depending on the client assignment. Work culture is generally fine, with supportive teams in many projects.

Cons

Hikes are only okay, not very competitive compared to industry standards. Job security is less, especially if you are on the bench or between client projects. Benefits and perks are limited. Work experience depends heavily on the client you are assigned to.
