I am going to complete one year in wissen soon,This was my first Job and I love it!A good platform to get introduced to IT world. You would get exposed to various industry jargons and you will get a topnotch niche skill projects.The environment is very Employee Friendly and lot of learning and growth opportunities along side. Highly recommending !

Experienced people will get good hikes compared to freshers. As this is a medium sized company every one has a superb bonding, actually it feels like second home.

Cons

4 years bond period is too much now a days.
