Pros

Friendly environment, high respectiveness, quite challengable, accept new and creative ideas, empasize on learning by doing, clear information and good employee benefits

Cons

No payment for summer intern. Teamwork methodology needs to be improved. Collegues are not really competitive, especially in programming and English writing

Pros

There not much to say. The employer hire people through temp agencies and give them a week to prove themselves then fire majority of them. No job security.

Cons

The company don't turn on the aircondition in the warehouse to save money. The temperature inside the warehouse can reach 90 degree fahrenheit. People are sweating left and right. Cannot concentrate on your work. A typical taiwanese company who want to save every pennies to earn profit.

Pros

Personal life. Wistron offers more payable holidays than average and its employees' welfare committee does a really good job. Average working load permits employees to do domain studies at low season. Since its salary is lower than average, internal struggles among colleagues are rare.

Cons

The salary is lower than average. Senior management is mediocre but at least it does not hinder our work too much. The worst of all is not Wistron's fault. As a ODM/OEM, everything is controller by our customers in the U.S. The company can't earn reasonably, thus we can't earn reasonably. As a lower part of international exploitation system, Wistron is strictly limited in its development.
