Flexible working hours, strong leadership in the local Redmond division and from the HQ management team.
Cons
The current division at Redmond is small and mainly focuses on fulfulling customer's need. I used to work with Sharp Labs in developing advanced technologies and hope to see the similar growing path (like Sharp and Sharp Labs).
