Pros

Working hour is regular, no need to work overtime often. Have a nice boss who protects his staffs. Nice working atmosphere.

Cons

Salary is low and pay rise slowly. If you ask for a overtime pay it will take out from your bonus except you choose the days off instead. Fewer sport clubs.
