Pretty good company. They will teach and work with you. Workload per project isn't heavy, but you will have up to 4-5 projects since their project coordinators usually handle whole regions.

Cons

This is a company that do affordable housing so the pay is less than what you can get in the private/luxury sector.

There really aren't any that I can recall other than getting dizzy parking in corporate parking garage with all the circles.
