Pros

1) Promising technology platform for AI-based psychotherapy 2) Passionate team members, helpful environment 3) Backing from big names in the AI world and investor funding

Cons

1) None beyond the usual type of environment and challenges one faces in a startup 2) Platform focus is a bit too wide, which stretches teams a bit too thin

Pros

Great team diverse backgrounds and good social scene. Learning something new every week and pushing the boundaries of what is available to support mental health. Woebot is a very interesting product. As an employee everyone gets a chance to speak with Users to hear how they use Woebot and receive feedback to help make the product better. This is a really enjoyable part of being at Woebot.

Cons

This is a very busy start up environment which is fun you won't be bored

Pros

The company was great but made the mistake of turning App Store users away. Otherwise, there were many nice people, just not enough business acumen from leadership.

Cons

Company did not get commercial traction. Has done three layoffs and will be winding down operations soon. Sad to see the company fail.
