Good pay and benefits. Managing Partner Tim Oyer is good, but as I write this I'm not sure how good. See cons.

Cons

Middle management "manages" by being condescending since they otherwise have zero intelligence. I left on my own terms and have no regrets. If you have an ounce or two of intelligence, don't go there. If you don't, you'll fit in nicely.

Pros

Really nice group of people. Senior management will remember your name. (impressive for a 300+ company). Good benefits, and quarterly social gatherings. Wicked awesome location.

Cons

Little room for growth for finance staff. They never fire, great if you´re lazy, horrible if you´re the one picking up the slack. Strong ¨family culture¨ can be very invasive.
