Pros

Really nice group of people. Senior management will remember your name. (impressive for a 300+ company). Good benefits, and quarterly social gatherings. Wicked awesome location.

Cons

Little room for growth for finance staff. They never fire, great if you´re lazy, horrible if you´re the one picking up the slack. Strong ¨family culture¨ can be very invasive.

Certain managers play favorites and there are chronic understaffing issues. Very limited upward mobility.
