Felt like they train you to be an emotionless counselor Emphasize the teaching aspects way more than the leadership aspect

They have unreasonable expectations of job responsibilities. No one is crossed trained which means if you don't do it, it doesn't get done. Ultimately, you are tied to your job and don't have a balanced work to home life. Instead of reevaluating positions when they see something that needs to get done, they just assign it on someone even if it makes no sense to their job description.
