      The company truly listens to what you have to say, they make adjustments to better serve the employees every time. Benefits are great and it keeps getting better as the company grows!! The CEO makes lots of investments in his people. Our products are fascinating and it’s amazing to work for a company that creates smiles daily.

      Working closely with him was toxic getting yelled at most of the time!

      Pros

      We'd get incentives when he's feeling generous or maybe guilty after throwing tantrums on us!

      Cons

      Clearly, the CEO was mentally unstable for the way he tries to control employees and lead by FEAR! His demands were unreasonable and would suddenly lash out when he's not seeing what he wants to see on the reports! Working closely with him was toxic getting yelled at most of the time!

      The company was doing good business and we always get paid on time at least.

      The verbal abuse employees experience from the manager was HORRIBLE! That's his way of awfully controlling and leading employees showing that he's a real control freak and that he doesn't deserve to be in that position!
