company is at a crossroads and could either recover if leadership is aligned with CEO, sweeping layoffs to right the company take out a lot of top talent rather than trying to reassign them

Pros

It was a fun environment and enjoyed the customers.

Cons

Crazy inventory shipments. There was never enough room for all of the inventory. It would spill out into the store.

Company restructured with the same management in place.

Pros

Potential change for the better?

Cons

How many reviews will it take for the C-suite or upper management to acknowledge a common issue and do something about the management brought up in these reviews? They went through restructuring and want to improve. They need to change their management. They are reluctant to change and will hold out as long as possible before they HAVE to evolve with the company. The clique mindset is a huge issue as well. The manager's biased behavior is apparent, and setting employees up for failure so they can be "managed out" is not a good look for the company. Communication from management could be better. While the CEO is transparent, management chooses what to communicate to the lower-level employees. The company is supposed to be evolving for the better. Still, when it continues to have managers, as stated above, the company will not grow and continue to have the bad reputation it has.
