Pros

Friendly corporate employees who are easily accessible. The company offers unlimited sick days for salaried personnel. Competetive pay for high volume stores.

Cons

The company insults their employees by releasing quarterly earnings in the hundred millions of dollars and then only giving 2% raises. They do not provide enough payroll to support the volume of the stores. Lower volume stores work on single coverage most of the time, not allowing employees to take proper breaks. HR is too concerned with not having employees upset rather than doing what is right to run the business.
