Long history of strong financial performance. Good reputation in the industry. Nice community to live in. Friendly midwestern atmosphere. As more people join the company with significant work experience at other companies, the culture is changing for the better.

Cons

Tone at the top is negative. Not a well-integrated envrionment. Tendency to be very insulated from the world and to think small.
