Pros

-Enjoy working cross functionally with Product, sales, eComm, and consumer insights, etc. Great collaboration between everyone. -Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. A real authentic company culture. -Work-life balance the company provides -Leadership development opportunities, Harvard Leadership series, certified career coaches. -Numerous wellness programs onsite, massive fitness center that includes full cardio, weight room, exercise studios, 2 basketball courts, pickleball, ping pong, walking track, and more.

Cons

For the last year, I can't think of anything negative besides some of the outside macroeconomics. Leadership has done a good job at moving the company forward while facing these challenges.

-Get to interact with people everyday -Coworkers were generally friendly -Like the products sold

Cons

-terrible management and not enough training for a promotion -a lot of unexpected manual labor -not a safe place to work if you are a young female working by yourself -no security cameras, no parking lot cameras for walking to your car, closing by yourself, just generally unsafe for a young girl to be closing the store on her own
