Pros

There are always cool things coming out of the brands, and that allows you to get excited about the company and stay engaged. There are great benefits that other West MI employers do not offer. Onsite & subsidized childcare, dog daycare, gym/fitness, and cafeteria. If you are interested in steady job and not wanting to grind up the corporate ladder, you certainly can at WWW.

Cons

The company does not move as fast as they think they do. On a national landscape, brands are moving much faster and updating systems to stay current with the workforce. WWW has fallen behind in tech and has struggled to keep talent in some key areas. Career pathing isn't a norm. Leadership states that there are opportunities, but you may have to make a large pivot into a new field. Lateral moves are not right for everyone. Pay inequity. WWW is very old school in their approach to pay. Current employees are not brought up to market rates. You are better off leaving to receive a paycheck you are worth.
