      Clean environment Gym You get popcorn and a soda on Wednesdays On really hot days you get a 20 minute instead of a 15 minute break

      Cons

      1. There's an oh grace period 2. If you're a minute late you Get half a point and you get a full point if you don't show up or call in sick and they will stay on your record for a year 3 you get two 15 minute and one 30 minute breaks but your expected to return from break 3 minutes before it ends
